Symposium Series

As the Ontario Veterinary College nears its 150th anniversary in 2012, we are planning many events to mark the contributions of veterinary medicine to our society and country. A yearly symposium VetMedEvolution: People, Animals and the Environment is underway.

The symposium series is a four part series to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Ontario Veterinary College. The series started in 2009 and will conclude in the anniversary year of OVC in 2012.   Each year the topics have increased in complexity and have grown in size.  In 2012 we are hoping to gather over 100 people for the topic of International Veterinary Medicine.
